Defaults used when a brand-new estimate is created.

Numbering & Naming

Control how estimates, options, revisions, and PDF files are labeled.

Job / Estimate Prefix Next Job Number The next newly created project will use this number. Customer Estimate Title Option Label Pattern Use {letter} and/or {number}. Revision Label Pattern Use {number}. PDF Filename Pattern Available: {job}, {customer}, {project}, {date}.

Installation Settings

Manage the residential installation minimum, pricing rules, and what appears on Installation Details.

Changing the minimum or pricing rules publishes a new version for future estimates. Existing finalized estimates keep their historical installation rule version.

Fixed Product Variants

Manage locked accessory names and pricing used on residential estimates.

These items use fixed cost and selling prices. Global markup and vendor shipping do not change them. Items with blank pricing cannot be added to an estimate.

List Management

Add, rename, activate/deactivate, and reorder dropdown and checklist values.

Deactivate old values instead of deleting them. Existing estimates keep their saved text while new estimates use only active values.
